We love our corner of South- West London and know you will too.

We think a stay of two nights is pretty perfect. A little less? You’ll have a great time (we promise), but there’s just so much to see and do in and around our hometown that you’ll wish you had an extra night with us.

Staying for longer? We’ll give you all the hints and tips to make sure Teddington props the top of your city break hitlist, time and time again.

There’s so much. Honestly, so much as we’re lucky to be on the doorstep to Central and South London.

Head to Teddington High Streets (we have two) and mooch around the many coffee shops, eateries and boutique, independent shops – or take a leisurely stroll over to Bushy Park and land at Hampton Court Palace.

There’s probably too much to list, and we do love to share personal recommendations, so feel free to ask us when you’re here – we’re a super friendly bunch.

Check-in is from 3pm.

If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our pub (she’s a real beauty) to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple. Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back.

Check-out is by 11am.

Brekkie is served from 7am on weekdays, and 8am on weekends (we all deserve a little lie-in). If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you can’t quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

We most certainly do – our Family Comfy rooms have built in bunk beds (kids just love them). But if our Boutique-y bedrooms are more your style, our Feature Boutiques have a sofa bed – so plenty of space for the littlies.

Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 are £15 per night.

Absolutely – just add your dog to your booking (up to two pups can stay with you for £20 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with a doggy hamper full of tasty tail-wagging treats, a doggy bed or blanket and bowl.

We do have on-site parking but if we’re full and you’re not able to grab a space with us, there’s a few car parks nearby – the closest being Teddington Station Car Park.

We’re (almost literally) a hop and a skip from Teddington Station, with a direct links to London Waterloo.

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.
