Located in the heart of Teddington, a few minutes walk from Bushy Park and near Ham and Richmond, our 44 bedrooms provide the best location to explore from, for both adults and children alike.

Our bedrooms are elegantly designed by taking influence from the local area allowing you to soak up the peace of South West London with your morning coffee before heading downstairs for a hearty, or healthy, breakfast. We’ve not forgotten about the little ones either, who will be able to choose from our children’s menu.

With on-site parking and being close to Teddington Train Station, the Park is the perfect place to base yourself whether you’re wanting to explore local attractions such as Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace, or take the family into Central London to check out the sights and soak up the culture.

Child Friendly Stays

With a host of family-friendly activities on our doorstep, we can’t wait to welcome you to the Park for your next family break. With a welcoming atmosphere for all ages, our child friendly stays offer an additional bed for £15 per night for those aged 2-14 where available, with a complimentary stay for those under two.

Our boutique rooms are comfortable yet stylishly elegant. Choose from a twin, double beds or a suite, all with modern comforts and features for you to enjoy, coupled with waterfall showers and plush furnishings, we can be sure you will have a luxurious stay.

We have bunk beds and sofa beds for children, making sure that everyone in the family gets a fantastic night’s sleep and so you’re safe in the knowledge they’re not getting up to mischief.
